Getting up to speed so you can declare yourself a full creating member of the Colorado Kin Domains Planning Group

Our planning meetings are very focused on building a Kin's Domain Settlement in the fastest and best way we can create.  Our members are willing to accept the following responsibilities.

Participate in creating and planning at meetings
Participate in implementing plans between meetings
Participate in task circles contributing to completion of various aspects of our process.

We have covered a lot of ground in our discussions and meetings from the beginning to the present. It is important that you review that process (especially since the 7th official meeting) before you engage in our creative process. The following reading is important for your ability to participate effectively.

1. Please check off the following as you complete each step.

___________I have read "Vision of Village" Page on Website and am aligned with it

___________I have read the Overview of the Grant Proposal Plan.

___________I have read all past meeting notes and Course Correction and joyfully accept the current course.

___________I have read Transition to Domain Living

___________I have read Animal Self Evaluation

___________I have read the FAQ Page on Website.

___________I have read the Holacracy Introductory White Paper (our organizational structure and decision making practice) and agree to support this model. Accessible at www.holacracy.org

2. During your "catching up" process, please direct all questions that come up to your member mentor.

3. Your final step is to identify and discuss with group, your position (and qualifications) on the organizational map. Your contribution comes from your own heart and is self-assigned but you must be able and willing to fulfill the role and its responsibilities.
