Will You Repeat Your Programming As Temporary Caretakers on The Land, Building Your Temporary Dream Life, Or Will You Instead Create Something On Your Land For Eternity?

An Open Invitation To All Groups Forming
Kin's Domain Settlements In North America.

We have produced and are continuing to upgrade and improve a substantial amount of support material for new groups that are planning and creating kin's domain settlements.  We offer that information free of charge.  All you have to do is ask for it by emailing Joyce.

The informational packet referred to is written primarily for groups working toward participating with the Colorado Kin's Domains Project but would be useful for any group thinking about forming a settlement.

We invite you to consider whether your group is interested and/or ready to participate with our (Colorado Kin's Domains') plan to create and test a self-regenerating network of settlements.

As presented in our Plan overview we plan to initiate this self-regenerating network by working with several groups other than our own Ark Conservation Ranch.  The funding of those groups is included in our grant proposal in exchange for their participation in the research, development, implementation and testing of the funding and educational model for this network-expanding plan.

In order for your group to participate in this project (If you wish to), your group must have a certain degree of readiness and group commitment.  It is also possible that your group's agreement and commitment to complete the readiness steps quickly would be sufficient for us to begin having conversations in that direction.

These are the readiness steps that you need to have in place or commit to putting in place:  Your group has...

  1. a cohesive vision of the settlement you are creating (A clear written description of the physical settlement you and/or your group are committed to creating).  It can be a single person's vision that has attracted a group of aligned people, or a collective vision created by a group of people.
  2. a cohesive membership with regularly scheduled meetings and outreach activities.
  3. already begun taking concrete steps toward creating your envisioned settlement.
  4. membership that is already engaged in completing steps or assignments for the group (more than just attending meetings).
  5. clearly defined leadership, or is willing to choose a qualified leader related to the purposes of engaging in this very important process.  That leader must be able and authorized to make some on the spot decisions based on their awareness and alignment with the group's vision and capabilities.
  6. group agreement that the membership is ready and willing to take on substantially more focused activity and the responsibility of completing agreements in a timely manner, i.e., the necessary steps for actually creating their envisioned settlement.  Those steps will be testing and refining the usefulness of instructional guides intended to prepare and ready the organization(s) for receiving funds as well as creating a self-renewing fund to help later settlements with funding.

If you think your group may be interested in being one of these test groups and they do not have all the above requirements in place, please ask your members to determine their alignment with the last requirement (#6).  All the rest of the requirements can be achieved relatively easily if #6 is in place.
